• Part-time The position as a caregiver for Joyful Hearts Homecare entails caring closely for members of the elderly community.

The caregiver's tasks will differ for each client, but the caregiver's main goal is to fulfill the mission statement of Joyful Hearts Homecare in all interactions with clients and their families. We are located in Stillwater and have clients throughout the Twin Cities. We are currently looking to hire for a male client in Cottage Grove. The client requires meal preparation, household management, housekeeping, companion care, and personal cares. The client requires gait belt assistance and standby assistance. The weekday shifts we have available are 8 am

• 2 pm Monday through Friday.

Caregiver would be able to pick up open shifts or add other clients once this client has begun.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Have a joyful and compassionate spirit anytime you are representing Joyful Hearts Homecare. Show clients and their families you are there to care for the client. Take extra time to ensure the client and their family that you genuinely care about their well-being. Respond quickly and professionally if the client or family contacts you. Provide timely updates to family members and to managers about the client's status, if requested. Be respectful, polite, and understanding when interacting with clients and their families. Reliability to build long lasting relationships with clients and their families.
