Join Family Partners of Minnesota as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide support and assistance in a nurturing environment.Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation. Support clients in developing and achieving personal goals and objectives. Implement individualized care plans and monitor progress regularly. Facilitate engaging recreational and social activities to promote community involvement. Document and report any changes in client behavior or health status. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Collaborate with team members and families to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Experience in the healthcare or social services field is a plus. Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to client-centered care. Must pass background checks and training requirements. First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.About Us:
