Assisted Living Aide

BridgeWater at Mankato, a 24-unit Assisted Living community, is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Assisted Living Aides . In this role, you'll support the physical and emotional well-being of our residents by providing essential personal care and health-related services in a warm, home-like environment. Position Details:

Part-Time Evening Shifts Available Includes every other weekend and rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and perform delegated nursing tasks Assist elders with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, hair care, eating, toileting, and transfers/lifts Monitor and report changes in elders' conditions to the nursing staff Support new staff onboarding and training Assist with light housekeeping and activities
