Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers/PCA/HHA/CNA's to join our team at National Home HealthCare Inc. in Oakdale, Minnesota. As a Caregiver, you will provide safe, compassionate, and friendly care to our clients in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities:

Support clients who cannot move on their own and assist with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, and using the bathroom Cook meals according to the client's restrictions and assist with household chores Provide emotional support and companionship to clients Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

Proven experience as a personal care assistant (Preferred) Commitment to health and safety Ability to do housework and cooking Well-organized and reliable Excellent communication and people skills Positive and compassionate attitude Strong ethics Physical stamina High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Negative TB screening results (within the last 12 months) Must be able to pass a background check with
