$18.31 - $20.00 per hour Job description: INTEGRA Health Care is a local, family owned and operated home health agency. We provide compassionate, high quality, in-home, non-medical personal care services to seniors, ill, and physically challenged individuals in the state of Minnesota and have been since 2003. INTEGRA is looking for individuals who are caring, patient and sincere about helping our clients to be as independent in their homes as possible. Competitive wages! Now Hiring Caregivers focused on providing ICLS services to patients to help them maintain their health and independence. This position will be focused on providing care in the Farmington, MN location area.

Schedule:

8/hrs. week and other for 12hrs/week -Female's Position duties include Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence. There really is no place like home! You'll be helping families in your community stay in their homes. Provide Personal Care Services to clients. This includes tasks such as helping people get in and out of bed, helping them shower, and making sure their home is clean and safe. Assisting with cleaning, meal planning/preparation, and shopping for household/personal need. Assisting with communications sorting mail. accessing email, placing phones calls, making appointments Building relationships with your clients, and reporting any health concerns to the Nurse Case Manage. Assist individuals in one-on-one settings as you support them in pursuing happy, healthy, and more independent lives. Provide skill development in areas including but not limited to community participation, health, safety and wellness, household management and adaptive skills. Create lasting, positive impacts on people's lives through coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to reach their goals. Full time, part time and flex schedules. Qualifications Qualified applicants need reliable transportation and are comfortable visiting clients in their home. At least 18 years of age Valid documentation to work in the U.S. Must complete Minnesota

DHS PCA/CFSS
