Job Description

Overview Dedicated
CFSS/PCA
needed for high-level spinal cord injury care in St. Paul. This is a critical role providing life-sustaining support. We are looking for a professional who is compassionate, tech-savvy, and understands that this role requires 100% attention to detail. This is not just a job; it is the employer's life and safety.
Responsibilities High-Level Care:
Provide comprehensive physical support, including transfers, personal care, and tasks specific to complex spinal cord injury management.
Mandatory Tech Usage:
Utilize ConnectTeam for daily task management and PICS for the Financial Management System (FMS).
Strict Task Adherence:
Follow all care tasks as outlined in ConnectTeam. Verbal reminders will not be given; you must proactively check and complete the digital task list to ensure safety and care continuity.
Environment Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized home environment. You are expected to proactively pick up and clean after yourself and care tasks.
Documentation:
Accurately log all completed cares in ConnectTeam.
Note:
Timesheets for PICS will not be submitted unless all ConnectTeam tasks are verified as complete.
Experience & Requirements Certification:
Must be a qualified CFSS or PCA able to pass a Minnesota background check.
Expertise:
Proven experience in high-level spinal cord injury care is highly preferred.
Values:
Must be supportive and respectful of the LGBTQ+ community.
Soft Skills:
Must be excellent at following written directions and taking initiative without constant verbal prompts.
Pay:
Up to $23.84 per hour
