Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated House Supervisors to provide essential care and support to individuals with varying needs. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering independence and dignity in the lives of individuals with disabilities or other support needs. Duties Manage Individuals schedules such as medical appointments. Assist clients with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' social engagement. Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel. Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's specific needs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality. Participate in community outings and activities to promote social inclusion. Provide first aid as needed and ensure a safe environment for all clients. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving, social work, or home community care is preferred. Ability to cook nutritious meals and maintain a clean living environment for clients. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families. Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
