Resident Assistant/Caregiver - Overnight

Our Silver Bay Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistants to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule:

Full Time Overnight Extra $1.50 shift differential for 6pm-6am shifts plus an extra $1.00 on the weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES

Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided Assist adults with activities of daily living Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required CNA certification is

NOT REQUIRED

Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills Pass basic written competency and skills test Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study
