Caregiver - H&A Elite Home Healthcare Southeast Minnesota | Private Pay | Flexible Hours Available H&A Elite Home Healthcare is growing and looking for dependable, self-directed caregivers to join our team. We provide high-quality, relationship-focused care in private homes throughout Southeast Minnesota. All shifts may be available depending on client needs, including days, overnights, part-time, summer-only, and full-time positions. We are not a large agency. We are a small, professional team that values reliability, integrity, and genuine compassion. Our caregivers work independently in clients' homes, so accountability and strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities may include:

Assistance with activities of daily living Mobility and transfer support Personal care and hygiene Meal preparation Light housekeeping related to client care Communication with families and care team What we are looking for: Dependable and punctual Self-directed and comfortable working independently Strong communication skills Physically capable of assisting with mobility and transfers A genuine heart for serving others Professional and respectful in a private home setting High-acuity experience is a plus.
