Phoenix Home Care is looking for a caregiver to provide one on one care for a Veteran. This is more than a shift. It is a chance to directly impact the life of someone who has given so much.

Schedule:

Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Why this role stands out

• You will work one on one with a Veteran in their own home
• Care needs are currently light with room to grow

• Assist with personal care
• Help prepare meals
• Support daily routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support What you need
• Active CNA certification required
• Hands on Hoyer lift experience required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
