Who You Are:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Caregiver. This person will have a genuine interest in geriatric care and be able to motivate while maintaining relationships with staff and residents. Job Description:

Our community is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of caregiver. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and to apply for the position. The Caregiver performs various personal care services as outlined on the care plan/service plan as necessary to meet the patient's needs. The Caregiver will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity, and safety of a patient's care.

• May provide homemaking services, companion/sitter services, transportation and escort services and related medical activities as Meets safety needs of patients and uses equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.)
• Follows all privacy policies of the Organization, Infection Control protocols and maintains the confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.

Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
