Full-Season Compensation:

$20/hour for entry-level until training is complete, $24/hour for experienced employees! Seasonal performance bonuses at end of season. About Us We are a growing lawn and landscape company serving the West County area. We pride ourselves on quality service and efficiency and maintaining some of the nicest properties in West County. We are looking for additional Lawn Care Team Members to join our organization for the full 2026 season. Responsibilities Lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging and blowing Shrub pruning, mulch installation additional landscape work Aeration and Over seeding Leaf removal: blowing, raking, and staging leaves for vacuum pickup Assist with operation of vacuum truck Operate mowers, trimmers and all other equipment used safely Follow crew leads' instructions and maintain a clean work environment including vehicles and on customers properties. Work efficiently as part of a team to meet scheduled property maintenance regimens. Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must show up with a positive attitude everyday Comfortable using power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and basic landscaping tools Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Experience preferred but not required — paid training provided prior to starting every service season.
