In Home Caregiver (Weekends)

Join Senior Helpers - Lee's Summit as an In Home Caregiver (Weekends) and provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors in South Kansas City, MO. This role is ideal for caring individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of older adults by supporting their independence and enhancing their quality of life during weekend hours. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors. Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment. Monitor seniors' health and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals. Ensure medication reminders and assist with mobility as needed. Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the care team. Requirements Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends and flexible availability. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus. Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices in caregiving.
