Job Description

We conduct a Family Care Safety Registry background check and a drug test for this position. Entry level pay is at $17.75 an hour. If you have a CPR/FA and/or L1MA certification the starting rate will be higher.

Work will be performed at Cedar Creek Resort. Job Coaches must be able to work Monday through Friday @ 9am-3pm (30 hours a week), with opportunities to work in the Residential setting as Direct Support Staff for additional hours(if available).
Qualifications:
Experience preferred in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Able to perform physical demands of the job - bend, stoop, reach and stand for long periods of time. Able to lift up to 40lbs Valid MO Driver License - Class E is not required Pass the background screening and drug test High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent Communication Skills Must have reliable transportation Must be at least 18 years of age
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide daily guidance and encouragement towards our clients with developmental disabilities to succeed in a work setting Perform assigned tasks alongside clients/on your own such as: Housekeeping, Mowing, Weedeating, Landscaping, Event setup, Gardening, Washing dishes in commercial kitchen etc. Ensure daily assigned tasks are completed and expectations of the jobs are met Document tasks that have been completed with their client Complete daily log
