Duties:

• Provide compassionate and reliable care to patients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Medication reminders
• Run errands (grocery store & transport to pay bills if needed)
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing patient's living space
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely ```

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
