Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aide (PCA) / Caregiver / Homemaker to assist clients in their homes. This role includes both personal care and homemaking services to help clients maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing) Provide companionship and emotional support Perform homemaking tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping Assist with mobility and transfers Run errands and accompany clients to appointments Maintain a safe and tidy home environment Monitor and report changes in client condition

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving or homemaking experience preferred (not required) Compassionate, patient, and dependable Must be able to read/write/speak English Must be 18 years of age High School diploma (preferred) Ability to pass a background check Pass job competencies Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs
