Lawn Care Worker

Daily Preparation Receive brief for the day Ensure proper uniform is on and all personal safety equipment is accessible for the day Load all necessary equipment for that days service on trailer according to crew leader Labor Tasks Primary mower/blower/edger for all lawn maintenance services Receive task at arrival of service from crew leader Ensure all debris is removed from property prior to mowing Sticks, trash, bricks, rocks, sprinklers, hoses, dog toys, dog poop (if service provided) Ensure all equipment is loaded after each service Make sure all equipment is secured End of day maintenance General Information Ensure team is safely/properly using equipment throughout day Watch surroundings while performing tasks Cars, people, animals, etc. If client has a concern, direct them to the Crew Leader Ask crew leader questions if there is any confusion Report any issues to the Crew Leader Equipment malfunction/general operation inconsistencies
