Monitor residents for changes in mood, behavior, or physical condition and promptly report concerns to the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or Resident Care Coordinator.

Work Conditions and Environment Position is based at the Mary Ryder Home, located at 4361 Olive Street, St. Louis, MO.Full-time schedule consists of 3240 hours per week and includes evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Current shift opening: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM.Position may require working independently during overnight shifts.
Compensation includes: Shift differentials for evening and overnight shiftsOvertime pay at 1.5x the regular rateHoliday pay at 2x the regular rate Occasional travel to other Provident sites may be required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including assisting residents from floor to standing using proper equipment and techniques.
Requires the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, standing, sweeping, and lifting.
Must be able to independently navigate the facility and work areas safely.
