As a Priority Caregiver with our Priority Care Team , you'll step in to support older adults and families during short-notice care needs, schedule changes, hospital transitions, or unexpected gaps in care — providing thoughtful, relationship-centered support when it matters most. This role is intentionally designed for caregivers who value meaningful work without a fixed weekly schedule and appreciate the flexibility to choose shifts that fit their lifestyle. Who This Role Is Perfect For This role may be a great fit for someone who: Wants meaningful caregiving work without guaranteed weekly hours Is semi-retired or retired from healthcare Already works PRN or part-time and wants occasional additional shifts Wants the freedom and flexibility to choose when they work Enjoys variety and feels comfortable stepping into new environments Is dependable, responsive, and calm under changing circumstances Finds purpose in helping families during moments of unexpected need
Please Note:
This role is best suited for caregivers seeking flexibility rather than a predictable weekly schedule. Occasional same-day urgent coverage opportunities may include an additional shift incentive for caregivers able to step in on short notice.

Referral Opportunities:
Incentives for referring exceptional caregivers Responsibilities Provide companionship and meaningful engagement Assist with personal care, mobility, cueing, and activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Support meal preparation, hydration, and daily routines Provide medication reminders according to care plans Accompany clients to appointments or activities when appropriate Observe and communicate changes in condition, behavior, or needs to the care team Help create a calm, safe, and supportive environment for clients and families Qualifications Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or comparable experience) CPR and First Aid certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in different home environments Compassionate, professional, and aligned with relationship-centered care
