About the Position We are currently hiring multiple In-Home Caregivers to support our growing team. Caregivers provide one-on-one assistance to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence in daily life. Available Shifts (7 days/week

• not limited to these hours): The times below are examples of common shift windows , not the only options.

Client schedules vary, and we regularly create custom shifts based on caregiver availability.

Common shift windows:

Morning:

7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM

Afternoon/Evening:

3:00 PM

• 11:00 PM (+$1/hr)

Overnight:

11:00 PM

• 7:00 AM (+$2/hr) Have different availability?

No problem — we will discuss your preferred days and hours during the interview process. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for consistent hours with clients across our service areas. Responsibilities (may include): Assistance with personal care and hygiene (bathing, dressing, toileting) Transfers and mobility support (including use of Hoyer lift) Meal preparation and medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Companionship and emotional support Running errands or assisting with appointments (as needed) Maintaining a clean and safe environment Must be comfortable around pets

Requirements:

✅ Previous caregiving, CNA, or home health experience preferred ✅ Compassionate, patient, and dependable ✅ Reliable transportation for travel to client homes ✅ Ability to pass a background check ✅ Authorized to work in the U.S. ✅ Work 2 weekends per month Why Join Heart and Home Care?
