Home Care Supervisor

• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Duties:

• Coordinate patient care services
• Develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient progress and update records accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Experience:

• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Familiarity with infection control protocols
• Understanding of discharge planning procedures
• Ability to ventilate patients if necessary
• Proficiency in gastric lavage techniques
• Familiarity with PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit)
• Knowledge of workers compensation law
