Direct Care Professionals Heart of Grace Home Care is looking for caring and dependable Direct Care Professionals to join our team!
Job Duties Include:
Providing in-home personal care services to elderly and disabled persons Assisting with bathing, dressing, and feeding Meal preparation and cooking Providing companionship Running errands for clients as needed Helping to maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
