This position is responsible for supervising Personal Care Aides, managing assigned client cases, and ensuring quality care is provided to all clients.
Responsibilities:
Cover last-minute staff call-ins (morning, afternoon, and evening shifts) Conduct in-home client visits Supervise and manage Personal Care Aides Complete accurate documentation and reporting Maintain professionalism at all times Travel to multiple client homes to provide care to different care recipients as needed Work collaboratively with staff and clients Work assigned holidays, on-call shifts, and every other weekend
Requirements:
Experience caring for elderly and disabled individuals Ability to change an occupied bed Proficient in the use of Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices Experience providing care to bedbound clients Reliable transportation and ability to travel Caregiving experience preferred CPR Certification preferred
