Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance within their home environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role requires a blend of personal care skills and the ability to engage with clients who may have varying levels of physical and cognitive abilities. Duties Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy. Experience in home health care settings or home community care. Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies for effective communication with individuals experiencing cognitive decline. Ability to work effectively with individuals who have developmental disabilities, ensuring their needs are met compassionately. Strong patient monitoring skills to observe changes in physical or emotional health. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
