Caregiver / Personal Care Aide Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver / Personal Care Aide, where you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily living activities. Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Follow each client's individual care plan to deliver tailored support Provide supervision and companionship to ensure clients' safety and well-being Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment for clients

Skills and Qualifications:
