Description:
Caregiver / Personal Care Aide Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver / Personal Care Aide, where you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily living activities. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need, providing personalized non-medical care in a respectful and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Follow each client's individual care plan to deliver tailored support Provide supervision and companionship to ensure clients' safety and well-being Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment for clients
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field preferred Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related training is a plus We value a caring and dedicated team committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Requirements:
Must be at least 18yrs old, High School Graduate, able to pass a urine drug screen & background check & complete required competency training Possess the ability to actively listen to clients and find appropriate solutions in situations Work well independently as well as with a care team
