2pm-10pm weekdays & Weekends 7am-10pm We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caring Individual to provide exceptional support and care in various settings, including assisted living, home health, and community care environments.. This role is vital in promoting the well-being, safety, and independence of those in your care. Duties Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote independence and comfort. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Utilize specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts to ensure safe transfer and mobility assistance. Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties including cleaning patient areas and ensuring infection control standards are met. Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration. Experience providing personal care for individuals with disabilities or memory impairments. Hands-on experience with patient transfer equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs is advantageous. Background in home & community care or home health services is desirable. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when assisting residents with mobility needs. Compassionate attitude combined with excellent communication skills.

Pay:

$10.50 per hour
