Overview Join our dedicated team as an Infant Caregiver and become a vital part of nurturing the youngest learners. Responsibilities Provide attentive, personalized care to infants, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and supervising play activities Support infants' developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional growth Maintain a safe and clean environment by following health and safety protocols at all times Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, routines, and any concerns Assist with classroom management and organization to ensure a smooth daily routine for infants and staff Implement behavior management techniques that foster positive interactions and emotional security Collaborate with team members to plan engaging activities that stimulate early childhood development while adhering to curriculum standards Keep detailed records of each infant's daily routines, developmental progress, and health updates Experience Prior experience working with infants in daycare, preschool settings, or as a nanny or babysitter is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers is essential Experience with classroom management and caregiving techniques that support early learning environments Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and needs Familiarity with behavior management strategies suitable for infants and young children Previous experience in early childhood education or daycare settings will enhance your success in this role
Pay:
$9.00 - $11.00 per hour
