Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our youngest learners. Duties Provide attentive, loving care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional security at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and early cognitive development Follow established routines for feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene to create consistency and stability for infants Monitor developmental milestones and communicate progress or concerns with parents or guardians regularly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations Support socialization by encouraging positive interactions with peers and caregivers Document daily activities, observations, and any incidents accurately to ensure comprehensive records Requirements Proven experience in infant care or early childhood education, including classroom or daycare settings Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Certifications in first aid and CPR are required; additional training in special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for infants and young children Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Prior experience in nannying or babysitting infants is highly valued Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports diverse needs of children with various abilities Join us as an Infant Caregiver where your dedication fuels joyful learning experiences!
