• 9:00 PM Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs.

What You Will Do As a Care Provider, you will assist clients with daily routines and provide dependable support in the home environment.

Responsibilities may include:

Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Mobility assistance and safe transfers Meal preparation and nutrition support Companionship and meaningful engagement Observation and reporting of changes in condition Light housekeeping related to client care Documentation and communication with the care team Following care plans and safety protocols All new hires begin as Care Providers, with opportunities to advance into Care Professional and Care Lead roles through demonstrated reliability, competency, and strong performance. What We Are Looking For We are looking for caregivers who understand the importance of consistency and want to build long-term skills in caregiving.

Ideal candidates are:

Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently in clients' homes Respectful, attentive, and professional with clients and families Communicative and responsive with the care team Willing to learn and grow within the organization Able to follow care plans and established procedures

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Current auto insurance Smartphone access for scheduling and communication Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is helpful but not required. Pay and Benefits Base Pay:

Shift Differential:

Additional $3.00 per hour for: Evening shifts (5:00 PM

• 9:00 PM) Weekend shifts Additional premium pay may be available for select last-minute coverage needs.
