Professional Caregiver Day Evening and Overnight

We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston. Available Structured Shift Blocks 8 AM-12 PM 9 AM-3 PM 1 PM-5 PM 5 PM-9 PM Overnight 9 PM-7 AM (10-hour awake shift) Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs. What You Will Do As a Care Provider, you will support clients with daily routines while maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful care environment.

Responsibilities may include:

Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Mobility assistance and safe transfers Meal preparation and nutrition support Companionship and meaningful engagement Observation and reporting of changes in condition Accurate documentation and communication Following care plans, safety protocols, and company procedures All new hires begin as Care Providers, with opportunities to advance into Care Professional and Care Lead roles through demonstrated reliability, competency, and strong performance. Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Current auto insurance Smartphone access for scheduling and communication Previous caregiving, healthcare, CNA, or senior care experience is helpful but not required.

Pay and Benefits Base Pay:

$23.00-$26.00 per hour

Shift Differential:

Additional $3.00 per hour for: Evening shifts (5 PM-9 PM) Overnight shifts (9 PM-7 AM) Weekend shifts Premium pay may also apply for certain last-minute coverage needs.
