Job Summary Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where you will provide essential support and personalized care to individuals in their own homes. This role is perfect for motivated, empathetic professionals eager to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by promoting independence, safety, and well-being. You will deliver tailored assistance that meets each client's unique needs, fostering a safe and comfortable environment while encouraging dignity and respect. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance quality of life Administer medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly Follow care plans meticulously, ensuring all tasks are completed with compassion and attention to detail Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including daily logs and incident reports Uphold safety protocols and infection control standards to ensure a secure environment for clients Qualifications Previous experience in home care, geriatrics, or medical-surgical settings is highly valued Knowledge of Level II trauma center procedures, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or Level I Trauma Center experience is a plus Familiarity with PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), OR (Operating Room), outpatient clinics, or post-acute care environments enhances your ability to adapt to diverse client needs Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care instructions accurately Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility safely Certification in CPR or first aid is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary training is appreciated Join us in delivering exceptional in-home care that transforms lives! Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
