Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. This vital role involves delivering personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be an essential part of our team, helping clients maintain a high quality of life through attentive, respectful, and professional care. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health status by observing vital signs and overall condition, reporting any changes promptly Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Support patients with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's or dementia, implementing specialized techniques for safety and comfort Utilize equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident's to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges Maintain thorough documentation of care provided, patient observations, and adherence to care plans Skills Proven experience in home & community care or assisted living environments Knowledge of patient monitoring, medication administration, and vital signs assessment Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards in healthcare settings Strong skills in caregiving for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or dementia Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning to ensure a safe living environment Experience working with residents in group homes or nursing facilities is highly valued Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and team members Physical ability for heavy lifting and assisting with mobility; comfortable using assistive devices like Hoyer lifts Join us if you're passionate about providing empathetic, professional home care that empowers individuals to live safely and comfortably. Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
