Your energetic and proactive approach will help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing home for residents. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a dynamic and rewarding setting. Duties Oversee youths in a group home setting age 10-18 years Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and maintain detailed medication records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Monitor residents' vital signs and overall health status, reporting any concerns promptly to healthcare professionals. Provide weekly/daily outings for youths Prepare daily notes in EHR system Youth daily documentation Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist residents during meal times to promote independence and social interaction. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing regular cleaning duties, laundry, and household chores aligned with assisted living standards. Support residents' engagement in social activities, community outings (including driving when qualified), and recreational programs to enhance their quality of life. Qualifications Prior experience in assisted living facilities, or group homes is highly preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as medication administration training are advantageous. Must take all required trainings upon being hired Experience working with individuals with trauma model and other requiring personal support is essential. Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently and accurately document resident information. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, families, and healthcare providers. Valid driver's license for driving residents or supplies when necessary; clean driving record preferred.
