In-Home Caregiver

Home Careolina is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and assistance to our clients in the Lake Norman area. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require support with daily activities in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help with meal preparation and feeding Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed health routines Assist with mobility and transfers safely Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Report any changes in client's condition or concerns to the appropriate personnel Requirements Previous experience in care-giving or a related field preferred Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed Ability to lift and support clients as required Benefits Competitive pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly Flexible scheduling options Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development About the Company Home Careolina is a trusted provider of in-home care services committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to clients throughout Charlotte, NC.
