These individuals are required to have a high school diploma or GED, Valid Drivers License, Valid Insurance on the vehicle they drive to work, clean health care registry check, great attitude and willingness to work in a mental health environment which is structured, we are interviewing for 2nd shift which also includes every other weekends. Summary As a Residential Counselor, you will be a vital part of providing long-term care and support to individuals in a home or community setting. Your core skills in personal care, caregiving, and knowledge of resident rights will be essential in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. With premium skills in first aid, assisted living, and experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, you will excel in providing specialized care and assistance. Your relevant skills in meal preparation, behavior management, and social work will further enhance the quality of life for those under your care.   • Provide personal care and assistance to residents in a home or community setting.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
