  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team on a full-time basis for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide empathetic and personalized care to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor clients' health and report any significant changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients conducive to their needs. Foster a supportive and trusting relationship with clients and their families. Keep detailed and accurate records of care provided and any incidents that occur. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare and support staff to deliver comprehensive care services.
  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong observational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle physical demands associated with caregiving tasks. First aid and CPR certification is an advantage. Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours and occasional weekends or holidays if needed.
