Direct Care Staff Required:

High School Diploma/GED | Driver's License | 1yr Experience in Mental Health $15hr|12hr shifts|8a-8p OR 8p-8a| Weekends | Occasional weekday shifts from 2p-8p At A World of Opportunity we provide residential mental health services to youth ages 12 to 17 in a staff secured facility. Direct Care Staff are responsible for overseeing the safety of all residents in the facility and in the community, assisting residents with meeting treatment goals, engaging residents in daily programming/activities of daily living as well as implementing positive reinforcements to manage maladaptive behaviors.
