PCA wanted in Durham, NC Mon-Wed from 8AM-8PM

Affordable Family Care Services, an award winning homecare agency is looking to hire a PCA for a female client located in Durham NC. Must have experience! The hours are every Monday-Wednesday from 8AM-8PM weekly Benefits Wellness program Continuing education Referral incentive program Travel time reimbursement Holiday Overtime Responsibilities Assist client with transportation Help clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing and other daily tasks Perform basic health care services for clients including checking vital signs or prescription medication reminders Help with general light housekeeping, including cooking meals Make transportation arrangements or provide transportation for clients as needed Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members Observe and report on each client's condition Stay up-to-date with Caregiver training, policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Access to your own reliable personal vehicle Your vehicle must be insured. You must have a valid NC driver's license. You will need a current TB You must pass a Background & Drug check & be E-Verify employable.
