Personal Care Aide

Responsibilities Assist residents or patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and overall condition; report changes promptly to healthcare professionals Maintain a clean and safe environment through proper infection control practices Qualifications Prior experience in group homes, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care is highly preferred Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and family members Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to provide high-quality patient care in diverse settings Join us in making a meaningful difference!
