SAME DAY PAY OPTION & SAME DAY BONUSES!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring a line of site at all times. To Provide direct supervision while managing the behaviors and safety of female, children/adolescents ranging from ages 7-17. Implementing a daily living routine, schedule and procedures while providing individual and group counseling for youth. Participate in the planning and execution of educational, recreational and enrichment activities. Displaying and directing youth in developing life skills such as food preparation, employment, search, money management and resume building. Accompanying clients while in the community and transporting to school, events and physician appointments. Assisting with homework assignments. Maintain a daily log of progress notes and ensuring that all progress notes are completed at the of your shift. Medication administration. Assist with community outreach. Maintaining clear access for communication between consumer support systems that include guardians, cleared family members/friends, social workers, probation officers, case managers, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist and additional community systems.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in working with children of trauma including, ADHD, ODD, sexual assault/violence, neglect, drug abuse and addiction, self-mutilation/harm, grief, runaways etc.

Skills and Education:

High School Diploma Required Associate/Bachelor's Degree Preferred Computer Literate Ability to exhibit compassion Physical ability to lift 20-40 lbs Interpersonal written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to display conflict resolution skills, and crisis intervention adaptability. Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Hours per week: 15-25 PART

TIME 30-40 FULL TIME

Shifts:

MONDAY-FRIDAY 12 AM-8 AM -8

hour shift 3 PM-12 AM-9 hour shift

SATURDAY & SUNDAY 12 AM-12 PM-12

hour shift (can be a split shift). 12 PM-12 AM-12 hour shift (can be a split shift). Work Environment(s): Residential facility Group home

Daily Duties:

Reading, writing & carrying out directions Charting or taking notes for others to review Providing companionship and supportive listening Responding to emergency situations Administering medication Transporting client to school, appointments etc Facilitating community & recreational outings, including transport Providing support with hobbies, studies & social activities
