Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and preparation Accurately following care plans while maintaining compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations Support clients with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment Provide companionship and emotional support Follow detailed care plans created by healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care Document all care activities thoroughly in compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies Skills Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes for a minimum of one year is required Valid driver's license required , Personal Transportation required Car insurance/Registration required . Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.. Knowledge of patient observation techniques, dementia care (including Alzheimer's), memory care, and hospice care practices Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring patient confidentiality at all times Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders is highly valued Physical ability for heavy lifting, assisting with transfers , and long periods of standing or walking Compassionate communication skills for working effectively with clients of all ages and backgrounds Ability to follow detailed care plans meticulously while demonstrating patience and empathy Join us today to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most!
