00 per Hour Full-Time | Part-Time | Weekend-Only Positions Available Now Hiring A nationally accredited Level III Residential Treatment Program is seeking dependable, professional, and motivated individuals to work with adolescent males ages 11-18 in a structured therapeutic environment. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth while gaining valuable experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, social services, and juvenile services. Position Summary Youth Residential Support Staff provide supervision, structure, accountability, and support within a therapeutic residential setting. Staff are responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly environment while assisting residents with daily routines, behavioral expectations, treatment goals, and personal development. This position requires maturity, professionalism, strong judgment, and the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations. Essential Responsibilities Provide active supervision of residents at all times Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment Assist with daily living activities, routines, and life skills development Support behavioral expectations and accountability Provide coaching, mentoring, guidance, and redirection Complete required documentation, logs, and reports Assist with recreational activities and community outings Transport residents to appointments and approved activities when assigned Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations Follow all agency policies, procedures, and safety requirements Shift Management Expectations Staff must be able to independently manage and maintain control of every aspect of their assigned shift, including: Resident supervision Safety and security of the home Daily operations and routines Behavioral interventions and redirection Crisis management and emergency response Documentation and reporting requirements Enforcement of program rules and expectations Staff are expected to exercise sound judgment, maintain structure, and ensure the smooth operation of the home throughout the entire shift. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience working with youth preferred Residential, behavioral health, juvenile justice, or human services experience preferred Valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass background screenings and required checks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable attendance and professionalism required Paid Training Provided CPR & First Aid Crisis Intervention (NCI) Medication Administration Bloodborne Pathogens Program-Specific Training What We Are Looking For Dependable and reliable individuals Strong professional boundaries Good communication skills Ability to maintain structure and accountability Team-oriented mindset Ability to remain calm under pressure Commitment to helping youth succeed Important Expectations Maintain active supervision at all times Follow all safety and behavioral protocols Complete accurate and timely documentation Maintain professionalism with residents, families, agencies, and staff Support a positive, structured, and therapeutic environment If it is not documented, it did not occur.
