We have clients ready to be matched — and we're looking for caring individuals who want to make a real difference in someone's daily life. This is a PRN (as-needed) position with total flexibility — you pick the shifts that work for your schedule. What You'll Do Assist clients with personal care — bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation Accompany clients to appointments and errands Monitor client wellbeing and communicate changes to the care team Complete care documentation accurately and on time What We're Looking For Valid driver's license REQUIRED, Transportation REQUIRED, Valid Car insurance/Registration
