Job Description

Urgently Hiring:
Home Care Aides - Make a Difference Today! We have hours available for our 24/7 client that starts this week.!! Are you passionate about helping others and making a real impact in your community? We are urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to join our growing team! We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to assist a clients in Jacksonville with daily care needs.
Responsibilities include:
Support with mobility, including Assisting with Hoyer lift transfers if needed Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) Providing assistance with meals and feeding Collaborate with nurses and care teams Document care activities and client progress accurately
Available Hours:
Varies depending on client.
Requirements:
Previous caregiving experience preferred Experience with Hoyer lift strongly encouraged Dependable, patient, and caring attitude

Experience in home care, assisted living, or hospice (preferred) Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to lift and support clients safely CPR/First Aid certification (a plus, but not required to apply) Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in availability Why Join Us?
