SYNERGY HomeCare of North Raleigh offers: Competitive pay Direct deposit Paid orientation and hands-on training in our skills lab Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible schedules and matching In-home Aides with nearby Clients Employee recognition programs As an In-home Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare of North Raleigh, you will: Provide attention to Clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement Assist Client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Be required to perform personal care with our clients (transfer assistance, showering/bathing assistance, toileting assistance as well as dressing and grooming) Establish communication and a professional relationship with Clients, family members, and co-workers Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts Must have reliable transportation (valid driver license and auto insurance will be requested)
