Job Description

Full-Time Referral Position.
Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling care between client and caregivers Review and confirm weekly shifts for billing and accuracy Maintaining current client and caregiver profiles Assist Registry Administrator with administrative tasks Occasional on-call responsibilities
Requirements:
Experience with scheduling Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using office software, such as Outlook Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality Aging Outreach Services is a full-service eldercare company helping our community age with success since 1999. We are growing and adding multiple positions to our vibrant team in our historic office building in downtown Southern Pines.
