Job Description
Tenderhearted Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to join our growing team in the Statesville, NC area! We are currently hiring caregivers to serve clients throughout the Statesville area and are seeking team members who are reliable, caring, and committed to providing exceptional in-home care. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting each client's independence, dignity, and quality of life. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment. Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan (no medication administration). Observe and promptly report any changes in a client's condition or home environment to the office. Accurately document services provided and complete required visit documentation. Follow all company policies, HIPAA requirements, and professional standards of care. Qualifications Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or in a related caregiving role is preferred. Compassionate, dependable, professional, and committed to excellent client care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation.
