ADL Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Companion to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up) Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Provide reminders for medications (no administration) Assist with errands such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions Support clients with mobility and daily routines Maintain a safe and healthy environment Document daily activities and report any concerns to management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Requirements:

Must complete all required state and company trainings Ability to follow care plans and company policies CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
