Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities, memory care, and home health environments. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients through personalized care and companionship. Duties
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
  • Help clients with mobility and physical activities, including lifting when necessary.
  • Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring the health and safety of clients.
  • Support clients in their home or community care settings, promoting independence while ensuring safety.
  • Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in hobbies or interests.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop individualized care plans.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks as required. Qualifications
  • Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or long-term care settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities and memory care techniques is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Basic understanding of vital signs monitoring is a plus.
  • A compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life.
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid or relevant caregiving training is an advantage but not mandatory.
