Job Description
About us Coastal Enterprises is a medium business in Wilmington, NC. We are professional, innovative and supportive. We are looking for responsible and reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team and provide support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and skills training in independent living and socialization, implementing individualized plans, and assisting with activities of daily living. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work with a diverse population. The Direct Support Professional must be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals we serve.
